We have a department that is well equipped to answer the calls of our client and ensure the protection of human life and property. At Waceke Thindigua & Co. Advocates, we assist clients in application of bail and bond, defense and investigation of criminal charges. When called upon to, we also watch brief to ensure the prosecution is aware of our client’s needs and prosecuting the cases to satisfaction.

Initiatives

Billing and Fees

Waceke Thindigua & Company Advocates applies the advocates remuneration order in billing and also does the hourly practice of billing, based on time spent in the delivery of our services to our clients. Upon the client’s requests, we also make exceptions and accept payment in a flat fee basis (not including value added tax, and out of pocket expenses). Waceke Thindigua & Company Advocates also provides retainer services to its clients for a retainer fee, and upon terms and conditions acceptable to the law firm.

Professions Indemnity

As per the requirements of the Law Society of Kenya, WacekeThindigua & Company Advocates maintains a professional indemnity cover which is an insurance that covers our work and documents loss. The professional Indemnity is available upon request.
